Welcome!

I can’t help it. I’ve been trying to figure out what my first post is going to be about, but I might as well just dive in, right? Besides, the ADHD that I suffer from (undiagnosed but oh, it’s there) will never allow me to get it together before we actually move to New York in August if I try to do it perfectly.

There are many, many things that I want to post about. I will as I have the time and as I figure out how to make it look pretty. But I will forewarn you: I will NOT be candy coating things. I’m going to keep this as raw as possible, as this is going to be a catharsis of sorts. This is going to be my (our) documented journey to the other side- to dental school in New York City. It will be my way of whining and venting, praising and saluting everything from here to there. So, read at will, at your own risk, etc., etc. But most of all enjoy it! I hope that you can, anyway. Maybe you’ll even pick up a tip or two.
