A few weeks ago I was invited to HP’s Internet Week After Hours Soiree to check out some of their new products.   Some lovely fellow bloggers, friends and we were able to try out their new  HP Photosmart e-All-in-One printers (Liz even won one for her mother!).  I was able to print up high quality photos that I had uploaded to my Snapfish account via the color TouchSmart display.  It even has a wireless option, where you can print from another PC in the home or from your smart phone using using HP ePrintWe were also introduced to  HP Creative Studio, which offers bookmarks, flash cards, and mini journals to keep you on track and record special memories from the year. With each purchase of HP’s Multipurpose Paper, Everyday Photo Paper or Advanced Photo Paper, parents can create their own collage  from the Disney Print Center presented by HP. www.disney.com/printmagic.

HP’s brand, Snapfish, also has a variety of printing options for gifts and such that they offer.  Back-to-school items like personalized Photo Notebooks and Photo Desk Organizers are also great as both parent and grandparent gifts.  We always send something photo personalized to our parents now that we live so far away from everyone.   It’s always a nice touch!  I’ve been quite impressed with the print quality of the pictures that I upload online as well,  even the iPhone photos.

WIN IT:

I’m happy to offer one of my readers (have you subscribed?!) a $50 gift certificate to be used online at Snapfish.com. To enter, just leave a comment telling me one aspect that you find handy about the HP Photosmart e-All-in-One printers or Snapfish’s plethora of personalized products.

When I used film, I used Snapfish all the time – it was so effective. I’m a big fan of their film developing, but I haven’t used them in a while. I should give them a shot again.

I would love the wireless aspect of this printer! It’s a pain in the rear to hook up our laptop to the printer every time I want to print something!

Where would I be without the snapfish photo calendars every Christmas? I love them so so so so much. They are easy to design, fun to format and gorgeous. Such a great present for elderly grandparents and the in-laws!

One thing that I read about the HP AIO printer is that it has templates for calendars and games. How cool is that? I could see myself printing out a birthday calendar for the year and placing a picture of each person on the day of their birth. That is, I could see myself doing it, having the time and energy to actually doing it is a totally other story!

Thanks for the giveaway!

One of my favorite things about Snapfish.com is sending prints to a local photo shop and getting them within hours! I use this to make last minute gifts quite often.

One thing I truly love about the HP ePrint is it’s apps. I adore that you can print sheet music, I’m still waiting for them to offer a tabular sheet app., but printing sheet music without a connection to a computer is awesome for instant musical inspiration.

Thanks for doing this contest, who doesn’t need some free photo printing this close to the holiday season.
